Looking to work in a seasonable and sustainable restaurant? We use local and organic ingredients whenever possible and strive to reduce our environmental impact. Our menu changes seasonally to reflect whats freshest. We are an international team from all around Europe who are passionate about cooking and creating new dishes. At Restaurant Nærvær we strive to make honest simple food.
You will start learning how to do simple things in a correct way. Cleaning proteins, following recipes with someone guiding you. Once you start getting a hold of it we will train you in how to run a station and communicate with the chefs during service.
Forventninger til eleven
You need to be proactive and eager to learn. Show up on time and be responsible. Have passion.
Our chefs students are always challenged to improve their skills. So expect that we will teach you how to run a station by yourself, improve your knife skills (Also how to sharpen knives) and develop your creativity. We are a restaurant that takes time to teach our students, so we expect that the student wants to be a chef and has passion for cooking.
