OM ARBEJDSPLADSEN
In 1991 Chef Andrea Fenoglio opened the Sissi Restaurant in Merano, Italy, and the goal has always been to propose a high-level cuisine, an imaginative cuisine where there is no shortage of traditional Italian dishes updated with new cooking techniques. Sissi has had 1 Michelin star since 2009 and is certainly a point of reference for catering in Südtirol. In addition to the Menu, the SETTEPIATTI Menu has been included, which is a more avant-garde menu consisting of 7 unpublished dishes that lasts one year. Merano is a splendid city that has an economy based on tourism due to the wonderful microclimate that attracts guests from all over the world.

The experience that can be had at Sissi both in the kitchen and in the dining room is certainly very stimulating in all seasons. You also have the opportunity to discover the area which is rich in important mountains that can be reached in a very short time, lakes and nature; Südtirol is an important territory for the production of great wines. The Staff of the Sissi Restaurant is young and dynamic, in the kitchen the Brigade of 7 is made up of 7 people and in the dining room there are 4 people.
Forventninger til eleven
The weekly timetable for Intern students is 40 hours divided into 5 working days, to be agreed with the department managers.
VI TILBYDER
The internship includes a monthly salary of €600, the possibility of eating at the restaurant and a place to sleep.
