The pizza-course
The Copenhagen Hospitality College together with Nordic Pizza Academy are offering the first wide and complete education in Northern Europe about pizza. The core purpose of our academy is to provide a professional training to prepare both chefs and beginners to become specialist pizzaiolo.
By taking a step-by-step, hands-on approach, our students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the various aspects of the pizzaiolo’s profession. The course will be shaped in order to provide the necessary skills to become a professional pizzaiolo, including using different dough recipes, improving stretching techniques, ingredients quality analysis and baking fundamentals. By the end of the course the students will achieve a comprehensive and extended knowledge about pizza and its workflow process.
The course in pizza making is specifically designed to meet the career developments and needs of the professional pizza chef. The lectures will be distributed over 4 months and they will primarily take place on Monday and Tuesday from 16:00 until 21:00. We hope in this way to accomplish everyone needs.
The classes are given by master instructor Michele Lucarelli and a large team of professionals. Students will be provided with their own mixer, workbenches, and professional ovens to prepare pizzas.
