Duty Manager

Reporting to Operations Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the operations of the hotel on a day to day basis.
  • Ensure the quality and standards are met consistently.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively manage their expectations.
  • Ensuring delivery of exceptional guest service from each department.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Have previous supervisory experience within the Hotel or Hospitality Industry.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Have a passion for their role within the department.
  • Have a mature and pleasant manner for dealing with customers and team members.

Bar Manager/Supervisor

Reporting to Food & Beverage Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the everyday running of a busy bar and restaurant.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a busy bar and restaurant.
  • Excellent leadership, management, organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and alone.

Restaurant Supervisor

Reporting to Food & Beverage Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing a memorable dining experience, serving food and drinks to guests at all times.
  • Dealing with guest queries in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring best customer care and satisfaction.
  • Be an effective communicator with guests/clients and at all levels of the business. Pay attention to detail in all aspects of the customer journey.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a busy bar and restaurant.
  • Ability to communicate with employees and customers, solve problems at the same time, organise work and make certain decisions.
