At ManageMyAir we manage the short term rentals for serviced apartments in Copenhagen. Our focus is giving international guests the best experience during their stay in the city. We run a full management service for cooenhagen property owners, helping them rent their place to tourists and travelers on a short time basis.

Elevens arbejde

Working with our rental platforms and property management systems, assisting our guests through quick messaging and providing solutions for guest problems when needed. Working with our scheduling software to manage our cleaning partners, maintenance and linen couriers schedules, and ensure high quality levels. - work closely with other members of the team - mainly remote based with some office days and on-site visits - creating captivating listings and promoting them on various channels

Forventninger til eleven

The position is a seasonal position for the summer months July\Aug. There would be possibilities for almost full time in the summer (if the candidate wishes, extra tasks such as linen bike courier, and apartment preparation are always available so the candidate can work as much as they wish) - out of summer season we would have part time positions at weekends and evening

This is a paid position, flexible for those who wish to work from home. Salary dependent on tasks and experience . Perfect for those with a high customer service focus who like a fast paced and dynamic role. We are like a hotel, however our guests are all over the city so we need to provide a hotel like service and experience.
