International collaborations
We are part of a global industry built on strong relationships. Through a broad international network of schools, restaurants, hotels and industry partners, we collaborate closely with the world around us.
This allows us to send students out into the industry, bring people together from all over the world, and create meaningful encounters through festivals, symposiums, talks and other events.
At our core, we educate and inspire students to excel in gastronomy and hospitality — while contributing to responsible and sustainable food systems and tourism. Together with the industry, we educate students and upskill professionals to keep pushing our industry in the right direction.
We are always excited to engage in new collaborations, share experiences and be a part of developing gastronomy and hospitality in a progressive and sustainable way across the world. Feel free to contact us!
Our activites
International exchanges are an integral part of sharing new perspectives on gastronomy, hospitality and culture. Each year, we welcome students from across the world to experience life at the school and in Copenhagen as a leading gastro‑tourism hub, while many of our own students go abroad on exchange. Most exchanges, in both directions, are supported by Erasmus+.
Events and industry gatherings are a regular occurance at the school. When we host a new upcycling symposium, food festival, kimchi workshop or guest lecture, it often includes international perspectives and guest speakers from all around the world. We also take part in many events outside of the school.
Training and further education is an important supplement to our vocational educations. We offer both short, targeted courses and longer continuing education programs covering various topics within the industry - from green gastronomy and hospitality to leadership, wine, nutrition and much more. Many courses are taught in English.
