In this course, we dive deep into espresso and coffee drinks such as cortado, cappuccino and latte. You will learn how to adjust the grinder correctly, understand extraction and brew time, and work precisely with both dairy and plant-based milk to achieve the right texture, balance and flavour – every time.
We focus on the details: temperature, consistency, presentation and latte art that supports both taste and a professional appearance. At the same time, we work with service and hospitality, ensuring the coffee is not just served – but experienced.
The course gives you concrete, practical tools to ensure consistency in quality, strengthen staff skills, and create a memorable coffee experience for your guests – even when the pace is high.
WHO IS THE COURSE FOR?
This training is aimed at those who work with coffee in hotels, cafés, restaurants or similar settings. The course can be booked privately for companies with a minimum of 14 participants.
CERTIFICATE
The training concludes with an oral and practical exam.
