Change Management (eng)

Change Management (eng)

Change is a natural part of everyday life in the hotel and restaurant industry - new concepts and solutions, sustainability initiatives, and evolving guest needs constantly require teams to adapt. A large part of this responsibility lies with those in leadership roles.

In this course, you will learn how to implement changes in a way that fosters motivation and a sense of security among employees. You will gain insight into how change affects well-being and efficiency, and how you as a leader can communicate clearly, create engagement, and maintain a positive work environment throughout the process.

The course provides you with practical tools to lead change with clarity and composure, ensuring successful development for both the team and the organisation.

Part of the Core Leadership Programme

This course is one of six modules in the Basic Leadership Programme. It is designed for professionals working in the industry who often find themselves in situations where they must take responsibility and lead the way - regardless of whether they hold a formal management title.

The programme is developed based on the realities of the hotel and restaurant industry, where the pace is fast, collaboration is close, and leadership can at times be complex.

You will cover all the key aspects of leadership: communicating clearly, leading effective and purposeful meetings, managing conflicts, and creating motivation and well-being, both in everyday operations and during periods of change.

You will also have the opportunity to work on your own leadership style and learn how to adapt it to different types of employees and situations.

Make money from courses and training - without any fuss

Did you know that you can give your employees training on courses - and get paid for it?

Most courses cost only DKK 218 per day, but employers can receive compensation of up to DKK 1,700. In total, this can give your company a surplus of up to DKK 1,450 per day!

Meanwhile, employees gain new knowledge and inspiration - and continuing education is a great way to retain staff during periods with fewer working hours. In busier periods, the compensation could be used to cover temporary staff.

With our fullservice offering, we take care of registration, applications for reimbursement/subsidies, and other administrative tasks, so you can focus on your actual work.

  • The Restaurant. Employees, pupils, and course participants can eat a lunch menu made by our gastronomy pupils, and served by our waiter pupils.
  • Spisehuset. This is our canteen where you will find affordable green food.
