We are a Five Stars Boutique Hotel in Playa del Ingles, in the South of Gran Canaria. We have 80 suite rooms and we have our very beautiful 360º fine dinning Restaurant and Atelier Cocktail Bar at the 8th floor with amazing views to the beach of Playa del Ingles.

Your role into the team like a internship student it will be, to collaborate with de Kitchen Department in the different outlets (breakfast service, pool bar service, restaurant kitchen and main kitchen) to get a complete view of the Kitchen.
