Do you dream of traveling and experience French cuisine and culture, while you are taking you education? Copenhagen Hospitality College has for many years collaborated with the French chef Florent Ladeyn in northern France. Ladeyn owns three restaurants, and all of them are looking for chef students all year round.

Besides Vert Mont is Bloempot and Bieruik, which are located central in Lille. So there is a level for all chef students looking to experience France.

Forventninger til eleven
You need to be able to speak english, french is a plus but not necessary.
Accomodation and meals while at work, and a salary of 350 Euros a month. Expenses linked to travel and insurance etc. will be covered by AUB (The school can help with that).
