Do you dream of traveling and experience Italian cuisine and culture, while you are taking you education? Copenhagen Hospitality College has for many years collaborated with Il San Pietro di Positano on the Amalfi coast of Italy. It is a resort with two restaurants, where you would be working at restaurant Zass which has a Michelin Star and the beach restaurant Carlino.

Elevens arbejde

Chef Alois Vanlangenaeker ‘s dishes embody his quest for purity, harmony & refinement. His creations recall contemporary paintings while seeking to maintain Italian gastronomic tradition. “My aim is to enhance the existing product. I have great respect for the ingredients.” Most of the products used by the kitchen’s team of 32 cooks, come from Il San Pietro’s organic vegetable garden or local growers and suppliers.

Forventninger til eleven

You need to be able to communicate in english.

VI TILBYDER

Accomodation and meals while at work, and a salary of 350 Euros a month. Expenses linked to travel and insurance etc. will be covered by AUB (The school can help with that).

Hotel-og Restaurantskolen gives a scolarship of 10.000DKK, once half of the period has been competed.

We offer a place from April to November. You should be able to work with us for the entire season.

We have two open positions, so it is possible to travel and work with a fellow student.
