Green assistant (ENG)

In the Green Assistant course, you will learn to prepare, cook and season dishes at a professional level. We work with the five basic tastes, ingredient knowledge, hygiene, and classic cold and warm preparations, giving you a solid foundation regardless of your role in the kitchen.
You’ll learn to work professionally with a focus on green, local, seasonal ingredients. Not only to strengthen your own skills, but also to make the kitchen’s daily workflow more structured, sustainable and flavourful. This course is for those who want to grow and take the next step in their kitchen work.
WHO IS THE COURSE FOR?
This course is ideal for those who already assist in the kitchen but lack technical grounding and want to feel more confident in their tasks. We work hands-on with handling vegetables, seasoning, plating and understanding the journey from fresh ingredients to leftovers that can be used creatively and climate‑friendly in new dishes.
CERTIFICATE
The training includes an oral and practical exam. When you pass, you will receive a certificate documenting your new skills.
