Who is the course for?
This course is designed for staff working in institutional kitchens, including childcare centres, elderly care, disability services, and healthcare facilities. It is ideal for anyone involved in preparing, serving, or supporting food-related activities and who needs a solid, practical understanding of food hygiene and food safety principles.
CERTIFICATE
The training includes an oral and practical exam. When you pass, you will receive a certificate documenting your new skills.
Mål
Deltageren kan håndtere fødevarer på forsvarlig måde ud fra kendskab om mikroorganismers forekomst og betydning for fødevaresikkerheden. Deltageren kan anvende viden om almindelige hygiejneprincipper ved tilberedning og opbevaring af mad samt opretholde god personlig hygiejne og rengøring. Deltageren har kendskab til gældende love og regler for fødevarehygiejne - såvel over som under bagatelgrænsen for fødevarevirksomheder.
Målgruppe
Arbejdsmarkedsuddannelsen retter sig imod medarbejdere med arbejdsopgaver i institutionskøkkener i forbindelse med køkkenaktiviteter for brugergrupper på institutioner for børn, ældre, handikappede eller syge.
