Life at the school
As a student in our International Class, you will experience the passion for food and gastronomy. In our kitchens, gastronomic experiments are conducted, breads are in the ovens, open-faced sandwiches are innovated, and our receptionists and waiters practice in our lobby and own restaurant.
We produce our own vegetables, fruit and honey in our very own garden to use in the kitchens.
Future opportunities
As a trained chef, the world is your oyster. The possibilities are endless: exciting, rewarding jobs within the restaurant and food industry in Denmark, but also the opportunity to work abroad after you finish your education.
It is important to see the expression on the faces of my family and friends when they taste my food. That is priceless for me.
